I also had chked with Jaya Thakur 2-3 days back ( senior supervisor/Tranier) about this and she said

no there is no such instruction given for only two calls from any seniors .No such instruction can be gvn

She also said that CC staff is suppose to listen to demands of viewers even if the are calling again and

again with same demand.This is what call center is there for Viewers

CC guys/gals also have to be polite and well behaved.

I told her that some of boys have ganged up and making stories. I have given her few such names

Got sweety Deepa...who told me if I called repeatedly it would not not matter as my requests would be forwarded only just once...I replied that it does not matter...i will be calling and calling and asking SP to get Barun back after his break with Sanaya in a new Show...and to note that we are keeping a track record of all the calls being made to SP.
