You again missed my point. Consumers here cannot demand end of the show just because they don't like it. They can just switch channels/switch off TV. SP did not ask them to watch it did they? So the same way fans also cannot demand them to end the show.

It got shut down, after the protest outside sets, the insults to PH, SP and cast and crew (other than Barun), the incessant phone calls to SP customer care (with name calling and threats), the suicide threats, the spamming of FB and Twitter .. all this after Barun confirmed he is leaving, for now!

So please don't say people demanded closure of show because of crappy storylines, then they would asked for it in July, 'coz since then the story was crappy!
