We will have list and then we can increase the no of calls to our target call of min 1200 calls by everyone voluntary coming and confirming as to many more calls they can make as per their convience to reach our Target.

Hey Shikha, thanks for the idea:) That's more or less what I've been following most of the days ..only thing is , I don't check member wise, just the over all calls. As that's a bit time consuming & frankly the more the of callers, the better. The only problem now is , I'm havin my exams & so haven't found the time to count the calls on thread for a brief while ..but I'm trying to make sure to regularly atleast update the no.of calls SP recieve , so ppl are aware...I don't mind anyone else taking the responsibility for this idea until I get a little free either. So go ahead if anyone wants to do that. Bottomline anyway is, we need 1000 calls & above in SP..
