I had been reading your crooners since I joined forum... And RIma s post..there was a trust factor with both of u.. But a host of newbies came...

I just wish I see Sarun again on a new show... They were really magical..

I was a kid in primary school when I had gone to see the World Cup semifinal in Eden gardens in 92..

My house is very near Eden gardens.. The tickets were very expensive.. And I was the toast of the class cause I was going for the match..India vs Sri Lanka

I remember 90 for 2... Then suddenly 5 or 6 wickets fell..

Don't know what ...who said something..suddenly the crowd started throwing something in the ground ..

I remember myself screaming ... We believed if we could stop the match there will be a rematch..

It was chaotic... The match was abandoned.. Distinctly remember Vinod kambli crying. and the crowd jeering... Something to the tune of he's crying as if he will save the match..

We had to walk back home..the next day dad went back to get the car from the car park..

Obviously that day still is a big blot to the glorious history of Eden gardens... I unfortunately was a part of the mob mentality..

well this sounded interesting..one thing is there - a will to carry on or already taking up something with half filled interest and when pressure comes - house of cards collapse...coz foundation was not too strong... Without knowing any insider stories...any rumor .. I believe a company or say business corp can never have complete shut down unless foundation (management) had flaws in it...the atmosphere in this forum may make you feel that it is black day,,,but fact is - it is much practical world as priya said in post...and TV industry is pretty smart enough to decide who was wrong and who was not... as far as mob mentality is concerned- yes it lead to chaos and big blunders too...but believe me just due to mob pressure or say forum pressure - a business corporate wont kill its golden goose unless there was bigger mess unseen ...hope that made any sense... 😊

Beautiful post Honey priya

Cannot imagine there will no IPK from next week .

Do not know what I will do guess will watch old episodes at 8 PM to console myself.

Definately want Sarun to be together in new Love story or IPK/2

Pls make a seperate post only for this .

Now forum has become very different with all different kinds of topics floating around.

I wonder what they will show us today in 22min I do hope they show Sarun together in one frame without BD.

Awesome post as always! Thank you so much Priya for sharing your wonderful write up and always spreading positivity.
It's been a wonderful journey n going to miss it all specially your crooner. Thank you Ipk team for entertaining for last 18 months..n thank you Barun n Sanaya for giving us Arnav n Khushi n their epic love story .'ll wait for your closing crooner.

Great post Priya! I also want to celebrate this journey called IPK. It has been so beautiful and definitely the best that I have seen on telly. I am actually quite numb today because somewhere deep down I still dont want to believe that our serial has come to an end. It did not deserve this abrupt end...there is much more to show in the lives of Arnav and Khushi and I will continue to hope and wish that this serial gets revived once again. I know a season 2 may not work but I hope the makers think of reviving it and continuing the story from where they are leaving it. Is it impossible?😔

I never wanted it to end...always wanted the Arnav-Khushi story to be kept intact. There are 100 different ways of handling a story. I dont know what led to the closure but the shoddy mismanagement has left a bitter taste. Nobody should be disrespected...I am shocked at the way people are openly cursing the actor for making a personal decision. Not only are they proud but are being applauded by fellow members.

Anyway, I started watching IPK for Arnav and Khushi. I havent watched Sanaya and Barun's previous serials. So for me I love them both equally. To see one of them moving away was very very difficult. In all this I am extremely happy they have stuck to each other. Their friendship is rock solid and is still going strong. It was heart warming to watch Sanaya talk so fondly of Barun. In fact I love the bond the cast shares...Barun was not there on the last day of shoot yet Sanaya, Daljeet and Karan spoke only about him. Hope we get to see them soon...together😳.
