A show going off air is not new in TV industry ...If PH was so keen on continuing the show...why was story ran its due course letter came on their official forum. Can u tell me how those jobs wud have been saved aftr story ran its course for them... If a film doesnt do well, you dont blame audience for it... we dont owe any payments to people workin in TV industry... as we dont question people's right to change the channel, we cant question those too who were loyal enough to still watch inspite of all shit all tracks that you didnt see...noone threw tantrums here..I guess there is no point explaining to you.. as already told we will always be on opposite side...point is of not of understanding- point is whether you want to understand or not...

Rits -

200+ jobs... I would have had no regrets if the show is shut down due to low TRP. But i believe the show deserves a chance to prove itself not an abrupt shutdown without any reason. Its injustice. And like shit all track, there would have been audience to the non-ASr track as well.

Now - Rits we all know why the PH said the story is over. We all know why the tracks are rushed in 4 months..We all know why arhi marriage happened deviating from the original story line. I do not want to dwell on that.

My point is it hurts to see the celebrations over the closure of the show.

Agree that we are on opposite sides. I agree 100% of that statement.

Dear Rima,
Please don't take those faltu people's comments seriously. There are always some people who look for issues to taunt other people and their feelings. We were always with you and be with you what ever the cause is. The fight you did was on behalf of the other fans, us, who willingly put you in front line to fight for us all. If other people don't like it then it's their problem.

For those 200 workers in set these people are concerned about, I can only say that they should question the PH in the first place. The PH said they have run out of story and has nothing to give us. They wanted to end the show any way and if so then what would happen to those 200 workers?

Any ways, a big thank you for what you have done for us and tried your best to save our ARSHI/SARUN and the show. You fought for our right as viewers and that's what counts. It was great to be in IF and have many friends who we have never met but felt so close to our heart.

Take care

rima you know for a fact that i was with you for your earlier petitions and even signed up for this one in the begining when nothing was clear.
But then when Barun's interviews were out we had a difference in opinion and if u remember we had an exchange of words over pm...

I am extremely sure the petition was not solely responsible for the closure of show. But when it was followed by thousands of calls and emails it definitely made an impact. It will be naive to be in denial of that fact

I still have the same question why were people spamming SP when the actor confirmed that he dint want to continue. even if there was a fallout between the channel and the Ph and the actor why ask for closure of the show.
I believe the alternate option was to end with ARSHI and go for a leap..which indirectly means ending the story...

I know the PH had come out with ridiculous statements such as they have no further story to tell, yet they had signed up Viraf as ASR or as another man for Khushi. why dint we give them a chance to narrate that story.

Rima we stood with you always and still standing with you...
let the people clarify some of these...

,the cast and crew is clearly aware that any show that starts in the tv will not last for ever.

they also know the show never guaranteed it will stay for ever. MAny such shows where shut down even after very few episodes.what about the cast and crew of the those show.they too make thier lively hood through this.that too was telecasted in the same channel.what about them ..which never asked to shut down by the viewers.
do you believe they where planning to continue with the show if we where calm?
they already lost interest in this and their head already started thinking about another show long before.
Ipk is not easy to retain like before with the same pwer like they reatain any other sas bahu serial...this show had a strong script which just skipped from thieir hands already and PH is not able to provide with good writters...It was very obvious ph lost interest in it when we look at the same repeated cotume of the main lead. especialy asr's sweatters in a very hot climmate too suppose to be in the show.
they just made the screen space less for many other co artist which made them quit from the show.
the show which is used to cover all the characters and give importance to all the character started loosing that.
they made the main soul the main attraction of the show quit from the show.
Now dont tell me the actor took that decision of his own.
It was very obvious and clear the reason was something else which made him quit. somany different reason came out from different mouths who are related to the show.and the actor was not comfortable to work with the crew any more...
We just asked to bring back the actor ,if not possiblle end the show with a happy note.
they where not able to brinng back the actor with a very comfortable atmosphere for him to work with.
No i should say they dont want to bring him back.
they dont want to continue with the show either.
How come they could start another show all of a sudden in the same time.
dont you think if they stop the show by our preassure they need time to bring another show on the same plot.atleast a month or so.
All this happend within a shot periode of time just when we started fighting for our rights.
If they are too smart to that they can replace a show with another one very soon why the same crew and cast start another show to fullfill thier needs
.
Leave all this a part do yu think they plan to shut down the show only for the reason we screamed behind this..they where many such protest like this before.where they continued the show with the rplace ment of the main lead.and the protest which lasted for 6 months or so , that they brought back the actor which was demanded by the viewers.why they didnt try that...
And they knew the limit of our protest..what will we do other than making calls and sending emails ...they knew we dont act more than this...then you think they shut down the show for only one reason that is us.
we just asked for justice ..we spoke for our hearts .we didnt speak for our eyes..and it is injustice the viewers are blamed for this...and the act is too ugly too.
🤗I want to hug you for all the hard work you did...feel pitty on the people who blame you.

Rima, I am with you.

I interacted once with you through PM and came to know that you are associated with real fights for real cause in the society, and my respect for you increased thousand folds. Because, in this world its very easy to say rather than do; very easy to live for self than doing something sensible for others.

I also remember you told me that how IPK brings smile to many who have become hopeless from life in one or other way; you shared 1 or 2 peoples say about how IPK has brought brightness into their lives. And, my perspective about IPK changed tremendously.

It is really sad, how this much loved show with great potential died un-timely due to lack of interest and attention from the makers. but yes, it was our duty to fight for it; it was not just a show; it gave lots of genuine smile to many...

We were absolutely right to fight for the logical conclusion of this beautiful love story, and I am happy we are getting that not the brutal death of ASR.

Thanks for all your sensible posts and your valuable time in making the petitions and inspiring us to think in sensible way!

who is celebrating here ..and yes I know what you know...or rather what you want to believed in... never judge a person from what actor she follows... I might be a delusional phangurl for you who is "lusting" over male actor but I am human being too with very much senses and brain and yes I dont follow people blindly ..I trust my judgement more about people than any other "insider" sources..
My point is simple- TM didnt make this post to celebrate the show's closure...she expressed her disappointment over people cornering her for it.. she has right to voice it out as you had right to mock those people who were protesting.. They just did it for their love for the show and equally hurt by events as you were... it wud be very easy for you still to move on ..as you did for bad tracks too...but these very loyal viewers will be one waiting and fighting for season 2...
I respect your views and it will be better if that is reciprocated and not ridiculed... point of debate over for me...😊

fighting for a show is acceptable..
even i signed those petitions for good tracks in IPKKND or retaining barun..
cuz as a viewer i surely have the right to show my discontent towards a show..and if that continues nobody is forcing me to watch that show..
but cant support this fight of ending a show...coz obviously my entertainment cannot be more important than any person's means of breads!
nobody claimed to end this show even during crappy tracks before and even during kidnapping tracks!things changed drastically after barun's decision to leave!
no1 can deny the fact that sarun is the soul of the show..show certainly would be incomplete without barun..but entry and exit from a show is a part of every actor's life!
sanaya and other members are close to him personally rather than us..they are disheartened too..but that does not mean they have to gave up their jobs
not as a viewer but as my foremost identity as a rational human if i walk in the shoes of other team members i would pray to god that this sort of injustice should never happen to any 1..
i would have been shattered if after all my hardwork this is the reward i get in my job field!
be it LM,or writer of the show. and others..they too played an important part behind the camera hence not noticeable!but this kind of abrupt end is a real act of disrespect to them, their efforts and hardworks!
but yea fandom got power and won today at the expense of justice..and in this discussion forum i guess certain sections of people have the right to show their grievances towards this issue in contradiction to die hard fans of barun or whoever urged to end the show..

Noble thoughts indeed!
What are you planning to do to ensure that the show continues and the cast and crew retain their jobs?
Let me know.
I would join you.

@bold...I am sorry ...rits i do not understand this need of self mocking..😆 I am sure you guys must have been called that names somewhere and got burned. Well move on..i was not into that and never will be...

I never said TM made this post to celebrate the victory. It rather strike me as odd self defending stand of TM. I posted and TM replied too. the celebration discussion come as a reply to you. Do read it once more. I have stated my points well to TM and she responded too. I am not sure, why you felt bad about that.
