Consider this, they already had a show in the pipeline. It was originally supposed to air at the late night 11 pm slot but since they axed ipk they decided to air the new show in the ipk slot instead.
Yup, that's possible. Although, its hard for me to imagine a larhge corporation, the size of SP can take any decisions in haste. Having worked in large companies, I understand how long "processes" take.nothing happens quickly. There is deliberation at every level and for every small decision. After all, there is money on the line and BIG money! Heads will roll at large corporations if their decisions do not deliver. So executives will be wary of taking decisions on the spur or go with their gut. Most of these shows will be preceded with a marketing survey and plan.
