Ok, I just got off the phone with SP.
The operator gave the same reply - "As of now no updates Mam". I blasted him and I insisted he transfer my call to supervisor and that I am not keeping the phone down otherwise...and guess what I finally got to speak to a supervisor (for 1 hour). after 2 weeks of incessant calling and this is what he confirmed:
1. lots of rumours, articles, interviews - they are all NOT true. THE last day of Barun in the show is NOT CONFIRMED. he even told me it may be few days more, few weeks more or even 2 months more. YES YES you heard it right. the only confirmed news SP has now is that Barun has decided to leave the show but when he himself hasnt given last date to channel but has notified that he intends to leave. (so guys ITS NOT OVER. keep calling. our calls are making a big difference).
2. they are trying their best to handle this without hurting viewers. all feedback has been taken and they will not hurt the viewers sentiments. he told me that SP is a big channel and they will NEVER do something that will ruin their reputation. so they will do their best to do what they can with all the feedback they have obtained.
3. NOW THIS CAME AS A SHOCK to me. i told him that all information is contradictory which led us viewers to conclude that SP is lying. Barun's interview, Gul's video, SP's statement, Sanaya's interview. I mentioned that Sanaya in interview told about Barun's contract being for only 1 year. he almost laughed on that and asked me "do you believe that?" i said no but why did she say that. he asked me "Did you SEE Sanaya saying that?". I said "I heard". and he was like if it was me I would never believe anything that I dont see.
4. He almost gave away the information that there is a lot going on behind the scenes but they(his team) are not aware of it. And to me it appeared he was hinting that Barun deciding to leave came as a big shock to SP because he was trying to say if they had know about some issues before hand they would have tried to resolve it instead of letting him take the decision to leave.
5. He also told that the channel and even Barun all are too busy with SPL so they will all come up with something after that.
Ok guys dont want to make this post too lengthy...but i spoke a lot and he clarified a lot. imagine 1 whole hour with him...now i am atleast satisfied that his last day in the show is not over...and i am even hoping he may be there till end of the show which may be in a few months time.

He was defending the PH. telling there are rumours about PH issue and dont believe all that...i told him i hate the PH not because of these rumours...but because they ruined our show and characters...he asked me to explain...i told about 2 examples. "ASR win at all costs man losing for Sheetal"...and Kushi "no crackers last Diwali is all excited about crackers this Diwali"...he told me its only entertainment dont expect logic...i told him "fine i dont expect logic but I damn well expect consistency of the characters atleast". i told him we are asking for end show with Barun because we know the show is already ruined by the makers and his leaving will ruin it more.
