Call 2 times and blasted them and said we are very upset with the way things are happening, we are not happy both the people asked me because of the ph and I said yes we hate that woman she is not giving importance to our show but ur rival channels show instead, so we want to get the ph changed and Barun back, he said we are trying I said try harder, he said I know what u re going through I said no u don't if u did u would get some news he said be patient then he took my details and then I ended the conversation,

Similar conversation for the second call as well

Saying if this was a phone company who ends production of a certain model as it was not good they still have to try and sell of the old stock...so I said the consumers are not fools once the feedback is out of a phone or it gets negative publicity then no one will ever buy it, and if the company does not gracefully accept the failure of a product and remove it then it also ruins the brand name, the next time round no consumer will have the confidence to buy any new product from your brand.

I cannot believe his comparison !

He says what happens if the show ends then in any case people will unsubscribe...so I said no, not if they show a happy ending then people will have faith in your channel but if the viewers feedback is ignored then no one will ever watch any show on our channel ...

10 :35 am , spoke to sonam at the toll free no, she was extremely polite. I just told her the following:

1.retain bs

2.change the ph

3.story line to improve

4.costumes of the leads to bettered.

she repeated all of the above and asked whether the serial should be continued and i told her as long as barun sanaya are there. she took all the details and said would inform by email if there is any updates.
