I am writing to you with great faith in the belief that ...STAR PLUS IS FOR THE VIEWERS...please do not disappoint us.

I have never watched a Hindi serial so religiously in my entire life ... in fact i used to look down upon them. One fine day , my mother -in- law was watching IPKKND...& i fell in love with it . After that there has been no turning back ... I stayed up full nights & watched the missed episodes with out a break. I fell in love with the Barun & Sanaya ...& the whole cast .I FELL IN LOVE WITH LOVE ... LIKE MR RAJAN SINGH ONCE SAID---- "IPKKND IS TRULY A PHENOMENON "...

HOW CAN YOU WATCH IT BEING DESTROYED ????

The saddest part in this whole fiasco is that it is being destroyed by the makers themselves . How can a creative person do that is beyond my comprehension.I am from the creative field so i know that every project i have handled has given me great pleasure & satisfaction. Appreciation for a creative person is the biggest reward... so i really cannot understand how can the Production House not want to take this show to even greater heights...I can only conclude that it is all about EGO !

Sometime back when the PH came out with a open letter " the story has run it's course..." I was shocked & wondered whether they were professionals or just a bunch of kids ? How can they make such statements to the viewers ? Next was the information leaked out by Mrs Gul Khan to a journalist that Barun Sobti was leaving... which created panic amongst the viewers...
I ASK YOU ONE SIMPLE QUESTION ... IS THIS HOW PROFESSIONALS BEHAVE ??

The disinterest of the PH is very obvious to us from the downhill of the storyline for quite a few months. I was wondering why is this happening ...a creative person will remain creative for the rest of its life... still we continued to watch only for Barun & Sanaya & the rest of the actors.

then came the Eureka moment for me ...All its creativeness is being channeled towards their new show Quobool Hai on Zee... which has a similar character sketch !!! Now I understood the DIRTY POLITICS ! ASR from IPKKND has to die for ASAD from Quobool Hai to succeed ! HOW VERY DISGUSTING ! i lost all respect for the PH which can stoop to such low levels .


SP -- please refrain from comparing Barun Sobti with Gopi ...It really hurt us ... to us he is like SRK of Bollywood... In fact for many of us Barun has replaced SRK ...

Sir , my sincere request to you to save IPKKND... It is PURE MAGIC...BARUN & SANAYA CREATE THAT MAGIC...
PLEASE RETAIN BARUN ...
CHANGE THE PRODUCTION HOUSE ...THEY DO NOT DESERVE IPKKND...
PLEASE GET THE OLD CAST , WRITERS BACK...
PLEASE DO NOT DISSAPPOINT US THE TRUE FANS WHO LOVE THIS SHOW ... .

I hope our pleas will be taken into consideration & Star Plus will not disappoint us.

First of all, i would like to thank u for giving us such a different nd fabulous show of IPK nd taking your precious time in hearing our demands...V all really love this show nd r very emotionally attached to it. Barun nd Sanaya r just more than perfect for the roles of Arnav nd Khushi!!!
everyone is depressed with the latest news of Barun quitting...
pls dont compare IPK to any other SP show saying they had replacements nd still going on well...but this wont work for IPK...its a love story...it will get ruined
we request to either change the production house nd continue the show
or
let all cast nd crew tke rest for sometime nd come up with IPK season 2..I understand SP doesnt believe in seasons as they dont work but for IPK, its a completely different story...it will 101% work...
This all is spoken from the hearts who millions of worldwide fans...
pls consider our requests...

First of all, a really big thank you to you for your kind patience while speaking to our forum member Hetal and listening to her opinions. Every issue that she spoke to you about, every word that she uttered were and are questions and words that ran through and still running through the minds of millions of fans worldwide.

We appreciate your efforts for listening to our problems and please we hope you will help to solve it at the earliest possible date. We have strong reasons to believe that Barun is not leaving on his own accord and for majority of the viewers the love story of Arnav and Khushi will not exist without Barun and Sanaya. Without Sarun, there is no Arshi and ultimately no IPKKND! We invested 1.5 years of our time to this magical,star-crossed drama and we cannot bear to see its potential get ruined by disinterested producers and production house.

Our simple demand is for a change in production house as we want to see the show be loved and cared for by a PH just like every fan. This is the only show and drama that has united both Indian viewers and Non-Indian viewers together. A drama that has crossed the boundaries of language and united every person together to fall in love with the drama and the lovers Arshi!

Please Sir...pass on the reigns of the drama to another competent production house, retain Barun and Sanaya as the leads, bring back all the old cast and crew who left the show and please continue on the show for another 1-2years with good storylines and plots.

Thank you for airing such an epic drama for the past year in Star Plus and for bringing to me a once in a lifetime show everyday at 8pm for me to fall in love with it everyday and not even miss a rerun of it. Millions of us breathe, sleep, dream, speak only about Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon everyday. Thats how special and close to us the drama is. We are unable to see the show without Barun as Arnav...and this is how we would fight if Sanaya was the one actually leaving the show. I hope you would give all the viewers a good news very soon!
