Have we not been saying this from the start of this damn show.

Arnav Singh Raizada is a great character on paper but he becomes larger than life because of Barun Sobti.

We have come to expect certain reactions from ASR because Barun has made it part of this character's makeup.

Who is going to come and break their voice the way he does when he is about to cry?

Who is going to curl his fist the same way?

Who is going to say 'hi" or 'what the' or raise the eyebrow for snarkiness or suppress a laugh on a lopsided grin?

There is no way to do this without referencing the original. Barun and ASR are inseparable at this point because so much of Sobti went into ASR. That swagger of a walk, that drop in the voice in the 1001 ways he says Khushi.

So, please give me a freaking break. Yes, even Chunky Pandy can play ASR because he is on a piece of paper - but only Barun Sobti can connect that piece of paper to my heart. Only Barun Sobti can create this epic jodi with Sanaya.

ASR is an iconic character because of Barun Sobti final touches. HE GAVE COMPLETE JUSTICE TO THIS ROLE. The man bloody owns it.
