Ok, I am not a Gul supporter or her fan but one thing I don't understand that why some people bash her with harsh words just coz she cannot handle Ph duties very well... That doesn't make her bad human being... Yes, she may have done few mistakes and not paying detailed attention to this show but that doesn't mean that she is a bad person. Some people think that she forced BS and SI to give this interviews...Are BS and SI kids don't they have self respect? And above all why would she force them?? She is just a normal human being like us with a profession as a producer, she is not in some crime business. Please some people need to get reality check. Seriously. At least give her chance to rectify her mistakes hopefully she might have fresh story after the new lead enters. Now you can bash me😆

Agree with the first part . Could b she's a nice person ... but I don't expect any good tracks from her atleast for IPK after swami track , DKS track , Sheetal track ... I would b a fool to expect that from her. 😆

Every one will be bashed by them as long as they didn't confirm some fans' fanciful stories.

Here's my two cents on why I think bhaiyya is leaving at this specific moment.

Bhaiyya always wanted to be in Bollywood. A while back I saw an interview with bhaiyya in which he said that before he moved to Bombay, his mother cautioned him saying "har koi SRK nahin banta". It was clear whose success story he wanted to emulate.

In that context TV and ads were always just things he did to build his resume and as a source of steady income. That was never supposed to be the focus.

All through the years he worked in Shraddha, Dil Mil Gayye, Baat Hamari Pakki Hai, he had no option but to continue with TV because there was nothing else on the horizon.

Ironically it was IPKKND's success and fan following that allowed him to finally jump ship to an extent. Had the show not been popular, he would have continued to seek work on TV. This is such a classic TV star pattern. Wash, rinse, repeat. Amar Upadhyay, Rajeev Khandelwal, Iqbal Khan, Vikas Manaktala, Eijaz Khan, KSG and now Barun.

It's funny, apart from SRK, the others who've successfully managed a TV to film transition were never heartthrobs on TV and were never very strongly identified with a single character in a show. Vidya, Irfan Khan, Madhavan, Ayushmann have all beaten the TV curse. Unfortunately, I think for bhaiyya the identification with ASR is so complete that he'd never be able to shake off that character for the rest of his working life.

@Swati Wah! kya baat kahi aapne! Very true! SRK has something that BS doesn't - Charisma
No doubt he is an amazing actor, he is funny in some of his interviews but that is not enough to impress a larger crowd. Bollywood viewership is 100 times more than TV.
I hope he proves me wrong.

Bhaiyya wanted to emulate SRK's success story? Sad, he is going to be another of those wash, rinse, repeat stars.
