I believe in general he a very unkempt individual and because he was pushed to groom by PH he did it, but as you say no one is pushing him so he has relaxed.

Then again the people who love him are probably happy with the way he looks so he not bothered by what others say. I could comment on why I some times like stubles but this is not the thread, time or place for it. No more broken rules😆
