Yes BW means more money etc but lets face reality here. Even establishedBW actors don't get roles these days. Sobti has done ONE second rate movie which hasn't even been released yet.

From what I've seen of him, he's awkward and low on self confidence what with all the mumbbling and touching his hair every two seconds.
Honestly his acting skills are not that great. Okay one might argue acting isn't the main thing for BW but personality is.
But Sobti isn't all that great in that area too. To be a movie star you need to have a larger than life personality which Sobti obvs doesn't have.
As he said in that BBC interview he doesn't know how many fans he'll have after his break/quitting.
So he knows. He knows that he's going to lose a lot.
As an actor myself I'm very curious to know what would prompt such a reaction?
Because if he wanted a break, he could have taken off the 10days that he wanted and become refreshed etc. Two months? Crap. It's just another way of saying - "I don't want to act any more"

Ofc this is assuming he didn't sign three movies. I refuse to accept that. I mean just look at the guy. Really. Three movies?
actually there is a theory circulating, he has been given 3 new movie scripts, he is reading them.
I just hate him BAS. He ruined my watching experience.
