most of the plot you have uncovered seems true...but I Believe Barun will never intentionally be a part of something like this. He must have been taken for a ride too. This is showbiz and he doesnt know how dirty it can get...he is still young in the industry with no godfathers around.

if he is in it together why are they ruining his reputation...is he that foolish to not bargain for that much??? that is if going by your post he bargained for his end of the deal??? if he had that much manipulation mind he wont be stuck like this now.

Anyway you look at it Shilpu, its us, the viewers who lose. We get cheated out of a happy ending for our favourite show. Instead, channel and PH decide to shove a "new" Arnav down our throats. "New" Arnav? The very thought is blasphemous.

Shilpu I was reading through this thread and well logic tells me that Barun quits fair enough but if him leaving is done in the right way viewers will accept it... Breaking down the international viewership - most people that watch the show would still watch it because in the UK depends on your subscription package and what you pay for so like I get Star, my sister has the Sony package and my aunt I know has the Zee package. Only a very small number of people get all the Indian channels. So if you are watching Star everyday whatever storyline it is you continue watching Star... So if done well IPK won't lose the huge chunk of its international fans I know for a fact if you came to my house at 8pm IPK will still be on whether Barun is there or not... and in a lot of houses the situation is the same.
