The only authentic official news we have so far is from barun.

The it for what its worth and trust it until we have a reason not to.Or don't believe him at all. It's your call.

I don't know what star customer care reps are saying, but star wouldn't let an official statement be made via their reps in phones.

The situation is being handled like crap by all 3 involved. We can't do anything about that except demand clarifications. So keep at it.

Yes it is best to keep calling.
I spoke to a rep sometime back and the guy said that Barun is leaving for movies to which i contradicted him saying that SP was giving out different news earlier and Barun said he is just taking a break. He was immediately flummoxed and said that things are not decided yet and he took down my information and note.
They are overwhelmed by the calls and responses so are just trying to use stalling techniques to get a breather..Keep calling and emailing guys..We can do this!

Actually the consumer call center for SP is still operating. I have called them about an hour ago. The lines are little free and i got connected easily.

These two numbers of Star Plus confirmed the news that Barun Sobti is leaving the show for good...he has made up his mind that he'll try his luck in movies dat's why he's quitting the show...bt they also confirmed that IPKKND will continue without Barun Sobti...bt how many viewers r going to watch it I've no idea...So guysss our prayers & hopes couldn't able to change Barun's mind...so sad...

I so agree on this Nisha.

SP is trying to turn over this tide of calls as giving in to Gul's demands can be an easy way out for them.

Bringing Sobti back would be difficult for them seeing that he is being forced to leave by the producers themselves who are hell bent on closing the show one way or other.

Our calls, emails, tweets are the only thing that might help Sobti & the show.
