There are always what is called a spinal story line. Something like JK rowling had when she wrote a 7 part HP series. She was very clear from beginning to end on that arterial story line. However, the exact incidents, loop holes if any , additional characters, additonal / extra tracks were all added/edited or deleted according to the situation . That is why the story was a best seller.
If that sort of envisioning had been there it would;ve been great for IPKKND as well.. but Alas that doesn't seem to be the case..
