Barun has finally given an interview, says it is an indefinate break but based on Karan's tweet this looks to be a problem between Barun and the PH. I now believe those rumors about the offscreen drama and why Barun was forced to take this decision. its highly disappointing what PH has done to IPKKND and I can only hope Karan and Sanaya follow in the footsteps of Deepali, Akshay and Barun. I will say this, even with the unprofessional behavior of the PH I have no regrets for becoming attached with this show. IPKKND is one of a kind, there are not many shows that gain worldwide popularity, have fans discussing the show in depth and become a huge hit on Youtube. Not only that but this is the most professional cast I've watched, one that became a family and to this day have nothing bad to say about a PH who did injustice to them. I don't know if SP can intervene to save IPKKND but if not then I can only hope this show is given a decent ending with the cast we love.

Which tweet of Karan are you talking about Mandy. When did daljeet quit. There were no articles on that. There is no 2 questions that Barun is quitting due to the unprofessional behavior of the PH. This was much clear when the "outburst" happened on forum32. The original creatives are also quitting. SP I hear is forcing the PH to change the storyline. If SP can't force the change then I don't know what we can do. I have stopped watching the show. Can't stomach the separation when it is going to be permanent. Let's wait for tomorrow. If they still want this story to be killed then I can't help it. I can clearly remember the circus that the DMG creatives did during KSG quitting/thrown out/affair time with Star one. And after that the creatives have no good show on credible channels and Gul maata is confident that she will score a hit with a person who had the worst of tales written on him. God help the shaatir dimags of 4Lions.

"I have never known a more vulgar expression of betrayal and deceit."...the quote aptly sums up my thoughts on the entire offscreen mess.This is pure betrayal of all the emotions,time that we have all devoted to IPKKND.Coming to the episode,it was poignant and vintage IPK.Khushi,the orphan with her selfless nature decides to ga away from Arnav's life so that a child gets his father's shelter,little realising that Devi Maiyyah has herself picked her as the soulmate of Arnav.The dialogue ..."THERE IS NO ARNAV WITHOUT KHUSHI.ARNAV AND KHUSHI WILL STAY TOGETHER HAMESHA"has absolutely touched the core of our hearts..What was more touching was that this dialogue was the reflections of all the viewers who have invested in IPK both in terms of emotion and time...there can be no Arnav without Barun Sobti and no Khushi without Sanaya Irani.ASR clarifies that he did not make love to Sheetal in plain simple words but Khushi is like a brakeless train who does not register what is being said in plain words and persists with the rote that Aarav is his son from Sheetal.Sheetal uses the tried and tested formula of ...SUI...for the uninitiated : SEX UNDER INFLUENCE ( Credit DiyaS).She does not let Arnav get even a sentence edgeways and is completely wrapped up in her potrayal of the girlfriend dumped after being left pregnant.Our shaatir dimaag Raizada smells something rotten but keeps quite as he needs to contemplate and gather his scattered thoughts and plan a mode of action.He asks Khushi to be his able saarthi while he gets down to the brass tacks.ASR does not display any emotion except for the initial shock and horror but remains contemplative. Khushi is still under the spell of Sheetal'e lies and deceits but thankfully her atoot vishwas on Arnavji is intact.My conspiracy theory :Sheetal has an agenda...to get justice for the child and his mother.She seemed to say those words verbatim from the diary...as if she is quoting the incidents and dialogues of the diary writer.Sheetal is under the misconception that ASR is the person who had a one night stand with Aarav's mother and then called her to say that it meant nothing.Maybe the lady was her sister.

Now ASR will get to the bottom of the entire fiasco to identify the real dad of Aarav...for that he may feign to leave Khushi and shack up with Sheetal,only to come back with a bang to reveal the originator and perpetrator of the entire deceit.

If this was the track...fine,we will adjust,however gut wrenching it will be and provided we know that Khushi and Arnav is in it together AND the track lasts for not more than a week😃.Then reveal the black king with our jodi checkmating him...lwt the new entry Viraf whatever be the Tom,Dick,Harry,DSR..whatever...get a real solid reason why he did this and why Sheetal inspite of being ASR's "awesome twosome" did this to ASR and I'm game but puhleeze...no ASR going off indefinitely with Sheetal and Khushi loving another guy.

But knowing all the off screen drama,I know what I wrote is my SKD.

Sadly today the off screen drama overshadowed the onscreen one, so I have no insightful take or in depth analysis. Just a few thoughts.

Wisdom is not about knowing all the answers; it's about asking the right questions.

For me the questions are

Why would an actor leave a show that has brought in accolades for him, an author backed role of a lifetime

Why would a PH slaughter the goose that laid the golden egg

Why would the channel allow such chaos in the social media

That "enough is enough" post of the PH girl Nishi reminds me of that exercise one does when asked to list strengths and weaknesses...where u had to write a weakness that sounded like a strength..

For the PH negatives : she has managed to make the negative almost look like positive...wah bhai wah!

Rekha I got so tired of this circus and her posts that I went and posted in that thread...for the first this offscreen drama is getting to me completely...sigh

Girls -- I detoxed completely -- did not watch the episode. I-F and IPK introduced me to so many lovely people and stories (FFs/OSs)... would never have met these people in the normal course. i thank the serial for this. Will I continue watching? Maybe? Maybe not?

Me too have detoxed completely. I don't care about the story, the trps or the show. The show is a dead one. The TRPs when released in Dec will just confirm it. Why should I bother about this show anymore. For me Arnav and Khushi walked into the sunset hand in hand.

Ash, Psarda – at red completely agree

Lessons learned – never be emotionally vested in something that is a business venture for everyone else. EVERYONE is looking out for their own interest (which they should) but is not honest enough to present it in a simple and concise way.

It is not about the show anymore, as far as many of us are concerned that epic love story ended when Arnav came for and married Khushi, but how we feel cheated by the sheer lack of communication and the lack of accountability to the fans.

Do storylines change – absolutely, can we accept them – yes, if they are well executed. The halfhearted approach does not do anyone( the show, actors, fans) any favors.
