The pain of a child to not have parents by her side.. to remember at every turn what life could be and what it is... the world through the eyes of young Khushi...is once again being revisited by her.. The past is tearfully painful...

To bring a smile on a little face she hides her pain away... her unseen tears felt by Arnav.. her sadness touches his heart...as she shares her thought of being lucky on having a second chance of feeling the loving presence of Babuji in her life again...

Every orphaned child does not end up with the happiness she witnessed and the compassionate heart of Khushi sets to work to make things right for little Aarav.. The tumultuous emotions ripping apart her soul from within as she makes a fervent try to get a grip of the situation ...her fingers tighten around the ends of her duppata to steady herself ... like the drowning man who holds on to a blade of straw for dear life...

Khushi being the gentle soul sets out to become a messiah for Sheetal and her son by becoming a pariah from the life of her love...The void of not belonging to her own family is driving her to the destination familiar...often termed as sacrifice...The gentle nudge of Sheetal for her to move in this direction is having the requisite effect...Khushi has already started to work on Arnav to see the reasoning from her view...

As i have often mentioned earlier, Khushi lost her parents at an younger age than Arnav.. her understanding is still steeped in the thought that uniting parents and child brings in the desired happily ever after...She does not have the perspective of Arnav's understanding that a namesake togetherness sans a desire and willingness for it does not bring the rewarding happiness that one seeks... the heart breaks still remain at every end...

The chink in the armour, Khushi has not yet stopped to think about the bigger picture...of momentary happiness bringing in discontent and disappointment in the long run.. Arnav is gently enlightening her to the fact...

Two people trying to make the other see their point of view...The collision of reasons is eminent to meet half way with compromise and understanding of finding a way that suits best...It is a test to make things work in a marriage when the going gets tough...

A very sensible post!

Just now watched the episode and I have to say that Khushi is extremely naive. She is digging her own grave, but by the time she realises it, it'll be too late.

Arnav is the sensible one here. But he needs to know Shitty's plan in order to take things in control and save Khushi from the impending disaster. And I have a feeling that this time, Arnav will be the one who'll protect his wife and his marriage. Now the revelation to Arnav shouldn't take too long, CVs.

thanks for sharing your views...😃 Arnav always saves Khushi from impending disaster that her faith in people creates... Ironically she trusts everyone at face value except Arnav😆

A lovely post, diff view points diff stances, one focused on short term results
Other focused on long term, one believes a lot of small mks a bigger picture,
Other believes a bitter pill today will help in long bigger picture

Yet they both are so together😊

@Koel: Nicely written!! You brought in Khushi' take and Arnav's take and contrasted it very well...

The diagonally opposite perspectives of Arnav and Khushi was brought on stage in their conversation.. While Khushi seems to have a short term picture, just the momentary happiness... in her mind.. each moment's happiness can be enjoined together to put a happy picture, Arnav's logic points out her folly pretty quickly.. The momentary happiness is such building a sand castle which is going to collapse when the next wave comes over. A real conflict between the two... Translate it into a real life scenario - both are right and both are wrong in their own way... Going back to the Maula song - ek bath usme be hai, aur ek bath usme be hai..
A perfect conflict..

Though I must add, today, after Khushi having confronted Sheetal, she must have been displayed with a tremondous conflict in her mind.. a wifey action, an inner conflict, having to share her hubby so early.. and then the serene behavior of going around fixing things..

Sheetal is certainly come into their lives with an agenda.. as much as Khushi is falling for all of it completely, Arnav is not budging one bit.. The drama is on!!

Koel...my feelings on your writing and content are well known to you..😃but I will always say it one more time again!!👏⭐️

You again brought the crux of the matter to the surface...it's not whether Aarav is ASR's son...it's not whether Sheetal actually had an serious relationship with him...it's not if the DNA is switched...it's not whether Aarav deserves happiness or not...

It's about Khushi and her thinking...her approach to everything...it's because of her this story matters...changes...grows and evolves...due to her perception of situations...she is the writer of ASR's story!!Amazing if you think of it like that!!

Khushi true to her name...gives herself to everyone and anyone she comes across...irrespective of their importance levels in her life...she gives and gives...without taking...then somehow replenishes her energies and gives more yet again!!...what does she give?Just what I said...she gives herself...she gives KHUSHI to everyone who's needy in her eyes!!

A bottomless pit of Khushi!!

I like your poetic style of writing full of metaphors.. I am not as good with words but looking at how the characters have shaped up so far and the way plots have been progressing.. I think its time for Arnav to bring out the real Khushi and make her face the world..The same way she did for him..she brought out the real Arnav who always wanted to be loved deep down and love some1 in return, to enjoy the small happinesses that come in life, to laugh over silly things..in short to live life fully.. Arnav has to take the same effort with her.. She lost her parents and that loss will be there forever.. If amma and babuji had replaced her real parents in her life, she wouldnt have had those stars hanging from the ceiling over her bed.. that void will always remain..she has tried her best to accept amma, babuji, buaji and jiji as her family..but I have always felt that she had a sense of gratitude and obligation towards them..Khushi is the younger of the two but she took more responsibilities to support the family than anyone else..specially after her father paralysis.. she went out of her way to fix things for her family..whether it was her sister's wedding, keeping her self respect aside and getting a job in AR when Arnav was falsely accusing her of being a gold digger..., then the whole shyam fiasco..she went through a lot for her family..all that is not love alone..Payal also loves her family as much as she does.. but I dint see her going that extra lenghth for her family..why? coz payal doesnt feel obliged..Khushi does..!!! Thats how her personality has shaped up...She feels obliged to help people ..like in Anjali's case she felt she was responsible for her miseries..so she went out of the way to fix things for her..even if that meant facing the wrath of the family and Arnav.. Now she's doing the same..She feels she is the one coming in between father and son.. so she has to get them together..I feel sorry for her..but at the same time I think its high time some1 shook her up and made her face the real world..who better than Arnav Sing Raizada for that uphill task.?
