Aarav and Arnav's blood relation

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I watched yesterday's episode and I sensed that there is more to the Sheetal story than I expected from the beginning. What reassured this idea was the fact that the DNA test showed that Aarav and Arnav have a 'blood relation.' Now, having a blood relation doesn't mean that the people in question are father and son. Say if I were to get a DNA test with my uncle (my dad's brother) then it would show that we have a blood relation so the DNA test in no way confirms that Arnav is Aarav's dad.

In fact, this could possibly be the mode of entry for the two new characters which could possibly be the so called 'Dhruv' who was mentioned early on in the show as being Akash's older brother. I have an odd feeling that Aarav is Dhruv's child and Sheetal is somehow involved (this is the part that is still confusing me). WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

On another note, it was very practical and thoughtful of Arnav to officially set up the dabba service for Khushi even though some people took it the wrong way and thought that it's a sign that they're going to be separated. I don't think this is the case. I believe that he did this so that his wife can support herself (and besides people always complain that Khushi doesn't do anything) and become independent which will insure her in case of an emergency. Bravo Arnav for not only supporting your wife but respecting her as well 👏👏👏👏
