You can see it in the 1st scene itself, when teh family is sitting around drinking tea, and discussing Karva Chauth being the next day. Khushi puts her right hand finger in her mouth (which is one of the few things I don't like about Khushi - I love everything she does - can you tell I am a SI/Khushi fan - lol)
You don't have to wait for the last scene - lol - when there are too many other things to watch - such as the hot Arnav's expressions 😛
