He was probably in love with Sheetal but at the time did not understand what love was so he let go of Sheetal and broke up with her.

After meeting Khushi he admits he understands love and feelings...so all the reflections from the past of what he did for Sheetal etc...now that he understands love he can realize he loved Sheetal and break up with Khushi 😡 dont kill me...😊 hard to take the attention he is giving Sheetal and CVs making khushi go crazy

I totally agree with u and have another thing to add.

Arnav never really cared for any women before meeting khushi except his Di yet he still remembers sheetal's allergies. What the hell is that?

Let they air advertisements instead of that scene
