IF this Dhruv comes on the show, he HAS to be Arav's father! IF they are intending to make Sheetal positive!

If not, then I guess ASR IS the Dad, or Sheetal had some twisted plan to potray Arav as ASR's kid!

IF this entry is for Anjali, then they will have to make Sheetal negative, as no Dhruv! I dont know what to think!
