i know this is a wishful prediction but maybe sheetal loved arnav back in the days, of course the way he was back then maybe this druv was the next best thing to arnav or just a mistake.
could it be that dhruv is not exactly the farther figure sheetal wanted for aarav so bought him up more like arnav instead?? omg..what am i even on about.? - defo taking it too far..
