Speculation...

What if Sheetal and Shyam are in this together? You know there were few episodes where they showed Shyam calling this mysterious person ie. during Arnav's abduction, during Arshi's wedding etc when his plans didn't work, he always said, you have to have a backup.

Maybe Sheetal has it in for Arnav because they broke up and now he's successful and married and she has a kid by somebody else (maybe Shyam's kid!!). Her and Shyam could be trying to get the Raizada business/fortune and household but when Shyam failed in it, the back up plan was for her to get the Raizada family to believe that Aarav is Arnav's kid. Shyam knows Khushi would insist that they take Sheetal and her kid in and then Sheetal would try to get Arnav away from Khushi and be with her. Then his fortune would be hers and maybe her and Shyam would split it.

Thats why she looked worried when Khushi said they should do a DNA test because Sheetal knows that they would find out he's not Arnavs. Shyam knows all of Arnav's habits, his dress, the way he eats, talks so he and Sheetal could have trained or raised Aarav to imitate Arnav.

Shyam's character was a good villain, he's a good actor because he made everybody hate him so this way the CV's can bring him back into the show, like a mystery figure in the background while Sheetal does her thing.

Anyways, just a thought...

In Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? Khushi goes to Aarav's school in disguise on the pretext of reaching the file which consists of Aarav's admission form.

Khushi comes up with a unique idea to cheer up Arnav which takes back Arnav and Sheetal to their college days. Aarav craves for his father and the entire family insists Sheetal to tell Aarav about his father. Will Sheetal tell him the truth?Everyone is shocked to realize that Aarav has gone missing. Khushi learns that Sheetal keeps a fast every karva chauth for Aarav's father and she comes up with a plan to find out the truth

2.Aarav is the grandson of Manorama Mami and son of Dhruv Singh Raizada who is Akash's Big brother living in US.

3.Dhruv will be seen as a negative character in the upcoming track.

4.Sheetal is Aarav's masi .

5.Dhruv cheated Aarav's mother and ran away.Sheetal came in search of him from Us to India.

6.Nk and Sheetal future Relation is not confirmed.

The entry of Aarav (Vishesh Bansal) and Sheetal (Madhura Naik) in Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon has made Khushi (Sanaya Irani) and Arnav's (Barun Sobti) life miserable in the show. Now, in the upcoming episodes, there will be all the more high end drama.

Our source informs us that Arnav had a relationship with Sheetal in the past and Aarav is their child. But Khushi and the family are unaware of the truth.

In the coming sequences, Sheetal will plan a basketball match wherein everyone will be seen enjoying. Khushi will be glad to witness Arnav-Aarav bonding. Amidst the fun…Aarav will ask Sheetal who is his father. Sheetal will scare Arnav and say, 'should I reveal the truth?'

Cut to next scene… in a dramatic moment Aarav will go missing. In a sub plot… Khushi will also learn that Sheetal has kept Karva Chauth fast for Aarav's father. Khushi will be curious to know the whereabouts of the man in Sheetal's life.

When contacted Madhura Naik she said, "We haven't shot for the Karva Chauthsequence yet, but yes, basketball match will be happening in the show. I cannot reveal much…to learn more watch the episodes."
