He is not behaving like he is guilty because he is not! If he has had sex in the past with Sheetal, and Khushi asks, he will tell her the truth.

I believe he might have had sexual encounters in the past with no emotional attachment. That's why he doesn't feel guilty. He did not cheat anyone. And Khushi knows this too. Why else will she even suspect Arav could be Arnav's kid?

khushi is suspecting because aarav and arnav's similarity,and i dont think a man for having a relation with a girl like that wont feel guilty after having the true love of his life,he will even in small amount but will feel a bit guilty

It depends on one's cultural / traditional beliefs, dear. ASR did not believe in marriage or in an emotional relationship with a woman. However he was human! He 'lived in ' with Lavanya . Those were his beliefs. His beliefs were different from that of his family. He was not traditional and did things that made sense to him.

Now that he has Khushi and has felt love, he will never do those things. But he was a different guy back then! Not a play boy, but a man attracted to women and yet, didn't want any emotional relationship with them. So, he could have had steady partner (s) with whom he shared sexual relationship with no false promises of long term companionship. Just like he did with Lavanya.

you are correct dear,that before marriage he didn't had any emotions but now he has na...he loves khushi and will never cheat khushi i completely believe that,but the sudden face off with his past will make him a bit uncomfortable because now he has changed and that uncomfortable feeling was not presant in his behavior
