Arnav and Khushi's relationship is based on trust and honestly. So even if he did have a fling and he tells Khushi about it... it shows that he hold her in the highest regard and doesnt want to ever hide anything from her. If she were to ever find out about it from a third person she would always ask the question that if it doesnt mean anything now then why didnt you tell me.

So I actually think its a show of the strength of their relationship if he tells her himself!! He met his girl now... was reminded of the past and tells his wife.. especially because the girl in question is going to be his employee!! But again we are speculating based on spoiler what will happen. But even if it does... I will hold Arnav in high estimate for coming out clean!!

Fling is the wrong word here. A casual, uncommited random one night stand/or a few nights together doesn't gell with Arnav's solid and stoic persona.

I have no doubts on La and him regarding this matter. They definetly were live-in partners in all sense and purpose.

Too much evidence in this matter- haven't we discussed this issue in a million posts on this forum? 😆He wanted to have her as live-in girl friend. When nani refused to have Lavanya in the house he was ready to move in with her at her apartment. La herself axplained of what a live-in couple do (to Khushi) Im sure that last point was put there by the writers to make the viewers deduce the fact that Arnav is a man of the world.

He never believed in marriage or love before Khushi came to his life. So he had no plans of falling in love or getting married. But would this have stopped him from full filling his physical needs? When he thought he would never marry, would he have taken a vow of celibacy? That seems highly unlikely! he had his needs and if he's not going to marry (as he thought then), how was he ever going to full fill them?

But, ofcourse this never stopped him from being irresponsible with the relationships. That's my point.

although I specifically remember La draping herself all over him and unbuttoning the top buttons of his shirt when she thought no one was around... and Arnav was fine with it (he was actually smirking too)

I myself dont agree with physical relations outside marriage, but then this is a indivigual perspective. If Arnav never epected to get married and didn't believe in Indian social attiquet, I cant overlook the fact that he can very well be with a woman outside of marriage (simply because he never expected to get married... but then a man has his needs)
