I dont think he will be ASR's kid. CVs will lead us to believe that Junior ASR is his kid but it will turn out to be otherwise. But I am not ruling out the possibility of ASR having a fling before with the new Female character who will enter as it has been always implied that ASR was not a virgin from the start of the show.

Guys, you never know. If Arnav's dad was a womanizer, this child could be his grandchild. Maybe, it's the child of a sibling that Arnav never knew existed.

he was never involved with girls n that too this extent...no way !

some heavy controversy is going on n we dont know about it
