1) If it is your Production House why do you give Ab actor 45 days of leave when you know it is going to effect your income. Infact i say the PH is very kind to or i can compare to a mother who chose to suffer to give a life to their actors.

2) Yes we are living in a century where nothing hides from the media. They very well know how the show effects if Barun leaves. According to Misty he has given notice, that is cent percent correct. He might or might not changed his mind that i dont know, but his decision of leaving the show is true. It came out not because of PH but beacause of some person who is not dedicated. Yes when the issue came of we know from Zee and we made her life hell which made her profession hell.

When PH knew that they even tried to defend her not knowing she is no more working of Fusion and not to put her job at stake, even after knowing how does it effect there show. Because they know the news is true, if not now someday it has to come out. Even at that time we blamed PH for wrong reasons. Which PH want to support a person which will effect there income.

They tried there best to keep there actors with them but satisfing there needs. Now they got enough fame so that they want to explore some more. I cannot blame the actors as it is there need but think from the PH point of view. What did they got for being so supportive?

They chose to end the show at high note by makeing there characters remebered for ever instead of dying w.r.t to TRPs. I really never seen such PH with many good intensions. My only request for them is to make sure to follow strict rules and believe more in themselves and in there stroy instead of there actors. If they can make Barun a ever good actor they could have made another actor who can fit in his shoe if not equal atleast almost equal by now. They need to rectify things in the initial stages. When Barun chose to take leave for two months they should have shown him his way so that atleast we they are not put in this difficult situation even the audience would have accepted the situation by now.

Any how let me tell you once again, I am a true fan of Barun, but in that passion i did not made myself so blind that i should Bash PH for being so kind and the reason for such fame. I support Barun if he wants to leave because he is after all 28 years and there is lot more for him to explore. But if i think about the PH who made him so populat i pity them for the situation they are in. Because there are at backstage and no one could see there feelings.

But in the issue of making Barun the scapegoat... I think there IS an element of that here! Because if that was NOT the case, they would not have leaked to the audience that Barun gave notice when he himself said he is not leaving!

Therefore I smell an agenda here from PH as well! They want to make sure the fans dont blame THEM this time! However, the decision to NOT replace Barun is the RIGHT one! Same applies if Sanaya had decided to quit!

This show will NOT work without SARUN!

Even if its their agenda I don't blame them. Why would they want to be blamed? If they replace the actor, they would be blamed and now if they are shutting down the show n case Barun leaves once again they they are getting blamed. So it is better for them to clear their name.
