Apparently Anji likes 'em young. Didn't one of the many wills Shyam had say he was 27? (i.e. he and Arnav are the same age! 😲)

I like Daljeet as an actress - I think she's got good acting chops and is attractive, likable, as a person. If only she had a good story line and was portrayed with strength, intelligence and dignity, we may all not have begrudged her the screen time. In fact, I would have loved it if SHE uncovered the truth about Shyam on her own, not have it had "shown" to her by other people. But whatever. As the story is moving on, I agree, if there is screen time to be devoted to her, make the story interesting, and make this a positive relationship from which she grows and becomes independent and strong. That's "nayi soch." Oh, and while we're at it, have a good strong storyline for our beloved Khushi - she is a character who was strong and dignified from day 1 and I'd love if she returned to her roots!
