most actors use TV as a stepping stone to get into Bollywood. You're telling me an actor that started off as a TV only actor would refuse to do a film if he were offered something huge?

And please clarify. how are we so sure Barun is the guilty party here? because he MAY have given them TWO months notice after fulfilling his contract? For trusting the PH to take care of the PR end of the deal?

There's def something going on behind closed doors, yes. But to judge an actor as a PERSON and as a professional? That's utter hogwash.

Why don't they come up with a clarification?

They should behave like 4 lions...and not 4 donkeys...'

Why did they leak about the negotiation to a reporter?

Isn't that unprofessional?

Their actors career and image is at stake now..''

Why did he give the notice before signing a movie?

Let them answer this...

Then we will stop blaming them...

who said ppl use TV for steping in bollywood.In fact ppl dont do TV so that they dont form image if they wanna enter bollywood.

Tv actors just end up nowhere after bollywood stint

In legal ways his contract may allow him but when he knows how his PH needs him now,,thats unethical totally.

He might even stay back but Gul has been requesting him since a long( now dont ask me the source)...and he knows what ASR charcter is for Barun sobti, still such risks.

in legal ways he has right to pull off but in sensible, way this decision is a blunder

Either we generalise or we do not...

When one leaves a job and goes to another for better prospects...we consider it bad??noo..when he is doing d same...y do we blame him???as an actor he does hav a responsibilty to let ppl know...but if he does not feel like sharing..it does not make him bad...

And wen u say we have no idea wat gul and nissar are going thru..true..

But when an actor puts down his papers for d show dat made him so famous then we have no idea what he is going through...

Knowing one side of the story is not d way to jum to conclusions!!

If 4 lions is not to be blamed why don't they just come out and clear the air? Whoever is at fault is not the issue i think, the PH should communicate to the fans about such issues before they blow out of proportion...

this job is diffrent from others because emotions are invested.Its not like leaving an IT job and joining some where else.

Film n Tv industry runs due to public. Audience are the consumers

I just know that he has right to leave on legal terms but he shud consider the crisis Gul and nissar are in now

Not all actors have backing needed to go straight to Bwood. TV is a way to earn recognition. Yeah there is a STIGMA attached to it but it doesn't make it a wrong avenue to reach the ends.

PH needs him now? What about him...where is the PH when his name is being dragged through the mud because of their blunders? If PH wants loyalty of their actors, maybe they should learn some basic PR etiquette on how to treat its actors and shows.

the decision is a blunder? you mean the decision that noone knows for sure has happened?

All i'm saying is its too early to label someone "guilty" of anything. Doesnt matter to me all the sources people have. Fact is something is going on and things are going to be changing behind closed doors. Unless these sources are sitting in n these meetings, info can easily be outdated. People need to save the judging until everything is confirmed and made public.
