Why is it unprofessional to leave after giving 2 months notice.. That is enough notice for any Ph to find a replacement or end the show logically

Unprofessional is when u leave without giving sufficient notice..

Unprofessional is u don't turn up for shoots or come late for shoots

Unprofessional is when u don't give ur best..

I don't see this sort of thing happening here

For all SI fans, I believe SI tried in movies, did a blink and miss role in Fanaa..she was smart to enough to figure out that films are not her and there is cut throat competition and u need a god father to back u up..and her age is not on her side..so she is happy doing televison..

Let Barun decide what is best for him.. if he wants to try in BW .. good luck to him..There is nothing unprofessional in it...

How do u know films are not her? Maybe she wanted to do a cameo and will one day go into movies when she thinks she is ready? You're preaching, pls look at urself first. And lastly,

All the best to Sobti, BUT why do you have to bring Sanaya into this discussion?????? How the hell do you know what Sanaya believes and if she tried her hand in movies etc? This is exactly how this forum becomes a battle ground.

If you want to justify Sobti for whatever reason, find another way than to draw comparisons between him and Sanaya.

TM did say find a replacement OR end the show. Not just end the show as you bolded.

To TM, your thread is going to turn into a war zone especially seeing some of the res'd already. It doesn't matter what we think, those who want to call him unprofessional as if they know him personally are going to keep it up.

Why bring SI into this?? It just takes a post like this to rile up fans and start a fight, last thing we need is another topic which turns into a Barun vs Sanaya debate.
