The script is always the king and if you are changing the script for the artists that is really bad decision making. yesterday I viewed 'English Vinglish' - the script was so good and now even one scene I felt boring. The entire theatre was laughing and thoroughly I enjoyed the film.

Even if there is a new artist - he can be groomed. Further, if the script itself is offering nothing then no point in retaining the cast and crew.
