Harshitha, if the reply was from automated system I might have got reply on Sunday at least, I got it today that is thursday. What kind of software sends an automated email after almost 4-5 days ?

If I am not wrong, most part of the email was part of default responder procedure, that means all replies will contain same content, its just copy paste business.

They might just add the reply to the query asked and compose it along with the default responding procedure. Like they have done in this, just 3 to 4 lines about IPK & all the rest about SP & how they work.

that's my only guess as u said most of the replies are of similar content. I'm not from SP, so I can't guess anything more 😆
