Yaar, Gul spoke to Zee.

Another person from team announced by mistake that they had not spoken to anybody.

Then they said they spoke to person from Fuze, not realising that Zee had left Fuze.

so because they don't want to jeopardise anyone's repuation, they are clarifying that Gul spoke to Zee.

I didn't understand what websites they are shutting down, what they are keeping etc.

No official announcement on Barun that means something is happening and they will tell everyone once there is clarity.

Simple.
