Arnav is NOT A VIRGIN. He was not from the beginning and though was not shown directly was understood from the beginning. The way he looked at women , Khushi and his intimacy with La and his disbelief in love and marriage.
Anyway he was shown to be involved with La for a very short period max a year or so total before their break up . But he knew where she lived, La kept telling him that she made sure no one is near before coming close to him and that's just the way he preferred it. So yeah they were intimate as in had sex casually. La was not Arnav's lover . They were together just for sake of it. La liked him and later fell for him , but for Arnav La was just a physical need before and later a shield against Khushi.
Also judging his character as portrayed in IPK its safe to say that he had such flings with other women as well in the past and from his side it was casual.
Khushi is different. He fell in love with her first and then touched her only when she was ready for it. He waited for her to accept him and fall for him. Here it's NOT ONLY SEX like other girl or girls in his life

this thought has puzzled me too. but i think that he didnt simply have time to be thinking about girls and getting intimate with them when he was in college or even after. as he wasnt the party boy in harvard. its quite obvious. he had made up his mind at a very young age that he wanted to be rich when he grew up and becoming a business tycoon like ASR at only the age of 28 yrs mustve be really hard so i think he mustve been the hottie in harvard who was a nerd and interested in books and studying and only interested in achieving his goals (while hundreds of american girls drooled over him but he simply didnt indulge in such stuff) (also notice how asr doesnt have any college friends or any best friends.. this shows he didnt have time for socialisation and stuff outside of his business circle.. the only person he mostly talks to is AMAN and for business reasons only and even in all the parties he goes to he talks about deals and stuff with other businessmen)and when he came back to india he was surrounded by models all the time but didn't have time to indulge in that kind of stuff. lavanya was also his gf for just 3 months as remember they had their 3 month anniversary in the beginning episodes where she brings the cake ? so he didn't get time to get intimate with her either. so yes i think he is a virgin. he has probably kissed lavanya as she was all over him all the time but nothing more.
