Arnav returns to the mandap, fists clenched in full ASR mode... sees Khushi almost faint, and his anger evaporates. He lets out an anguished Khushi; too low for anyone but Khushi to hear. Her head perks up and she looks at him(sad Rabba Vey in the BG, for all its worth). Khushi's smile starts to bloom only for her to notice the tear tracks in his face and how fatigued and broken he looks. She stands up from her place, gently pushes aside Payal's hand trying to support her, runs to Arnav and hugs him.

She keeps muttering non sense, while he tries to shush her. Once she lets her tears out, the situation sinks in to both of them and they face the family; Arnav facing the Guptas with his face scrunching in distatse and a sliver of indecisiveness.

Khushi meanwhile looks at the expressions of the Raizadas which vary from apparent disgust from Mami to relief from Nani and Akash to a reassuring smile from NK.

Without any other words he takes her to the mandap and marries her...
