What the hell is TRP ?

Television Rating Point (TRP) is a tool provided to judge which programmes are viewed the most. This gives us an index of the choice of the people and also the popularity of a particular channel. For calculation purpose, a device is attached to the TV set in a few thousand viewers' houses for judging purpose. These numbers are treated as sample from the overall TV owners in different geographical and demographic sectors. The device is called as People's Meter. It records the time and the programme that a viewer watches on a particular day. Then, the average is taken for a 30-day period which gives the viewers status for a particular channel

so i think it just gives the result of one among thousand viewerss and i am damn sure these stupid peple's meter is attached to tvs of people who watch dabh bv and sns !

i really dont think we actually have to care about trps from now !! This should come to an end !!its not fair !! ipkknd have such great recogniton and still the trps are down !!

this is unfair !!! what do you guys think ! ??

( this is just my personal view ..no bashing from fans of sns dabh and bv !! its just that I cant digest this fact every tueday that our show is not there in top 5 !
