Maybe the fact that Khushi is supporting Garima even after knowing how much damage her "affair" with his father did, that she is the reason for them being an orphan and for all the pain that the felt...

It could lead to major differences between the two..

Khushi will be like, Arnav is not understanding her amma, not ready to think, not believing Garima...

Arnav will be like, Khushi is not understanding him, his love, his pain,...how can she side with the woman who has caused all the prob in his life...

So it will be NPAND, MDJND...

Could be that he starts becoming really bitter towards Khushi...but still he will love her!!

Having said that, I also believe that this phase will be temporary only...coz once he starts really thinking, he will understand..he knows Garima to an extent by now..and he will help Khushi in finding the truth!! I know he will..he should...😊
