Well u see coz no one met dadi as she was away for years... and who would have informed Shyam about the incident because none of the Guptas or Raizada would call him as they know his true colour... Mamiji and Aakash if were to doubt wouldn't go against ASR so they cant inform him... and then who else? So the only person is DADI...

And when Shyam so sweetly talked to DADI... I'm sure Arnav realized how does Shyam knows dadi... she was in da ashram since 14yrs... no one met her... and Anjali was married 3 yrs back... Dadi wasn't around...

So now Arnav will do 1+1 = 2

Shyam's bye bye... Dadi's sudden hello hi...

Dadi keeps asking about Shyam...

Dadi knowing Anjali Pregnant... no one informed her this as well

Dadi hates Khushi... when she doesnt even know her...

well i don't deny this... he might be thinking that if Anjali is here Shyam could walk in anytime... but not in RM...

least he knows that he could do that in RM too due to Dadi...

I hope Arnav catches him in RM as Shyam is in RM (precap) then he will confront everyone and find out who let him in... That will lead to dadi telling her motive of coming to RM aft 14yrs
