I don't think the kids knew of the other woman. They might have known when Arnav witnessed his parents arguing

Naani looks on with pride and admiration towards Khushi for helping Arnav through his pain and for supporting Anjali as well. However, daadi looks on with annoyance as she believes Khushi is doing so just to spend some time with Arnav alone. Truly, as Arnav said "daadi wo hi dekhti hain jo woh dekhna chahti hain".
