It is NOT Garima. The scene was shot recently because Anjali's jewellery isn't the same from the first episode. This scene was why the CVs made Daljeet wear the bridal outfit. And original teenage Arnav wasn't the same. The running scene of teenage Arnav must have been from one year ago when they show was first shot. So, if it was Garima, Pyumori Mehta would have played the WA.

it is gairma, yes the wedding outfit of anjali was changed and the young arnav shown in the fb in tonite ep is not the same in the original fb.. they must have shot them recently
