What new storyline can bring life back to the show

As most of you would agree the story seems to lack the spark these days. However, it is not too late to rescue it. Imagine, if they were to expose Shyam and make him disappear, get a new love interest in for Anjali and bring everyone's life to normal for a bit. Shyam then comes in to create havoc in their lives after some years when he is least expected?

Another storyline could be Shyam realising his mistake, his wife's unconditional love for him and his brutality towards his sweet innocent wife. He decides to win her back? Meanwhile let the ASR & KSR go through their romance-separation-romance-separation...

Any ideas on improving the show people? Our fan fiction writers would surely have ideas to bring back life into the show.
