First of all as much as I remember, Arnav had told her that he married Khushi because of her, so its not that she doesn't know anything at all, but not the entire thing.

Even I agree that the baby is completely innocent & she/he shouldn't be punished, but if Anjali is so dumb & blind I don't think she deserves to be a mother, who knows after the delivery she won't even care for the baby & would just run behind her cheating husband?

Half of the time its Arnav or some other family member reminds her to take her meds, she doesn't even bother that because of her stubbornness the baby is suffering.

I don't even have 1% of sympathy for her.

remember hospital scene when she tried killing her baby herself...i just remembered!!!!
