Not for unpremeditated Murder ..second there has been no murder here ..So what Murder are we talking about... exaggerating what has not happened , lets deal with what has happened and not what WOULD have happened ??

In War , Soldiers Murder millions of people..shud they all be sentenced to Life Imprisonment ??
