I will highlight my comment on Director's part.

Here I go -

Directors are responsible for overseeing creative aspects of a show under the overall control of the Producer.

They often develop the vision for a show and carry out the vision, deciding how the show should look, in other words they make their vision come to life. ( Eg. The Legend Lalit Mohan of Old IPKKND.)

They are responsible for turning the script into a sequence of shots. They also direct what tone it should have and what an audience

should gain from the cinematic experience.( Eg -Old Rabba Ve's )

They are responsible for deciding camera angles, lens effects and lighting with the help of the cinematographer and set design with the

production designer. ( Eg -Diwali almost Kiss scene - Lalit Mohan - Camera Angle - Brillaint work )

They coordinate the actors' moves. ( ASR's expression when he came to know that Khushi is engaged. LM re shoot it 20 times. )

The director works closely with the cast and crew to shape the show. Some like to conduct rigorous rehearsals in preproduction while others

do so before each scene. ( ASR's expression after the Guest House scene, Khushi fainted and he was remembering her in his room while watching her blood mark on his hand - emotions showed for a minute but LM explained him the emotions for 20 mins.. that was just WOW )..!!

The director also plays a key role in post-production. He works with the editor to ensure that the emotions of the scene and the close ups, mid-shots and wide or long shots appropriately reflect which character is driving the narrative. ( ASR's first apology to Khushi )

The director also advises on the (colour) grading of the final images, adding warmth or frigidity to the composition of the shots to reflect the emotional subtext of the character or environment. ( Eg- ASR talked to Khushi about his parents while watching the stars..before marriage )

As they are judged by their creative talent and ability to run a production. It is the second most powerful "behind the scenes" profession in the industry, after the producer, but the director ..

Traditionally Director has a complete control "on the floor.

They changed the perfectionist ( LM ), Show suffered and so did the TRP'S...there is still no end it...

I must say u love this serial more than anyone do, u do all the analysis, surveys for the show.

These days I'm not even feel like write anything much abt the show, we were waiting for the redemption track to start after Arnav is back frm Kidanap. Most of them said is Asr , he can't say sorry , he can't go on his knees , but Asr Immitating Kushi is not out of his character?

Why the hell did they skip the kidnap track? I would have loved if they showed something like what u described after the kidnap track, where there is lot of scope for guilt, redemption and that chupi chupi love. The magic, intensity would have been still there ,which is completely missing now!

I think they have completely forgotten that this is a love story and focussing on parallel/ side characters n their story more. That too in a wrong way. Audience has to feel sorry for Anji in the present situation but the way the story is moving making everyone hate her. Why do they want to celebrate Godhbarai and Mehandi on the same day? To save money or to show Anji is as imp Kushi?

Hope they being Lalit mohan back, the magic is lost as soon as he left !

there is no offence for all these hell 4 lines n gul khan are d responsible persons. i have herd in one of d gul interview tht she think abt d show n d character 24/7... n now her 24/7 interest on IPKKND is crystal clear. gul it would b my pleasure if u read this comment coz its not just me commenting this way there are so many viewers accross d world feels this. am not a viewer of this show from d first epi. believe me or not a single epi of IPKKND have drive me crazy for this show n from October 2011 am d regular viewers of d show n till not not skipped even a single epi. if u think 24/7 abt ur show a single epi of IPKKND have made many fans, dream n think 24/7 abt d show, abt arshi... ur production house have many shows to think of 24/7 but v fans/viewers have stopped watching other shows just coz of IPKKND n its standards. if u really want to know d standard epis of IPKKND ofcourse it is from d first epi to feb 2012 epi. those were not just an epi, till tht time IPKKND was not just an ordinary regular soup, it was our dream, it was our soul, very special movements of our life which v cannot leave without those, but over d period n ur 24/7 taught on IPKKND its really hurted our 24/7 dreams. u dont know tht how much u hurted d viewers, n fans by terminating lalit mohan direction. even today i watch old epi of IPKKND more than new. after lalit mohan there is hardly any typicality, different, intense, humerus left out in d show. even u can c a huge drop in trp. now a days v can c arshi romance but still missing intense, magic, n miracle of lalit mohan epi. u simply cannot eye wash, r butter d viewers, n fans by giving all romance, n hugs without intense, magic like b4. lalit mohan have made a standard to our show which can never v taken over by any national/international directors i swear. v d viewers and fans simply cannot compromise d standars of d show v can judge better than u d standards of old epi n d present epi.

so plz gul plz stop ur injustice, unfairness towards our beautiful show, if at all u too love our show plz bring back all d old team of IPKKND n baring back d magics, intense, miracles.
