Yes..the talks were there of riti-riwaz but it was the talks of old people... what they can do is show up more than riti-riwaz it is dil that matters.. this is a romantic show and not a social show...when heart is united , riti-riwaz becomes secondary and they can always FB the Maang Bharna scene again and again , getting it into the psyche that they indeed are together and have been together and will always be together ...

The talk about Moral's can be rectified by talking about the sanctity and purity of love and also the connection between hearts are more important ...Audience swallowed the contract marriage and they will swallow this too if presented with proper points

What i loved in all this is two dialogues one where Khushi told him after knowing that his mom committed Suicide she said i will always be there whenever u need me.

Second is in roka when he tells her abt the bandagement and technically she is his and for that she claims Tab se so she too knows it.

Would this work for Indian audiences or SP who are supposedly conservative, i know they were together for 6 months but the issue was not highlighted, when they have specifically now said (apart from ASR) that they are not married would it accepted?

Your first question Tants...The show will end by december this year!!

Your second question..as a person who is an ardent supporter of this character...yes to an extent it has been tampered...not in one way..in a few ways..

The certain suaveness that came with the character is gone now...Sometimes Barun does look shabby..That's not how this character started out as..or that's not how it should be...

Then...the mushiness..you can call it love..I call it OTT cheesy..If you see the earlier episodes..Even when he was affectionate towards Khushi..there was this certain attitude that defined ASR..His demeanor was ruthless but confident...He smirked but didn't grin...and while many might call this love..It actually doesn't go well with me...Today character it is gone...Well not in all scenes..But this marriage has diluted this character...

But yes..I'll still say..compared to all other characters..the change has been pretty consistent and logical!!

But I have hopes..that I'll again get back my ruthless ASR!!

anyways to answer your Q's Tants...

-- I think the show still has a lot of fuel in it to go another year at least ie.till June 2013 ... so many things... as i can see ... Shyam-Anjali-Arnav fiasco, Khushi-Dadi-Garima fiasco, Khushi-GH and Arnav following, Arnav and Khushi get back to fight back Shyam, enter Shyam's sister with the Kid, another face-off, then RM gets together to fight against Shyam-Sis...Chachaji back with more negativity, then Khushi trying to get the child become a part of the RM khandaan... 😃

-- Na i do not think that his character has been tampered with ya... he seems to be the only character that at least behaves in a logical manner in different situations... even being love sick he has not lost his attitude and mannerisms... he is soft in front of Khushi and his Di... but for others he is still like before ...

so there goes my rant!!

and i should run away before i get "she is mad" looks...

for me he is for the most part the character that has been the most consistent, and has had a more of a natural progression (take out kidnapping track and just after) though they have messed with his intellect at times.

If they show them living in separate houses, it will...yes..but now even Khushi has accepted,"tabse"😛

Ahh, finally, i got a few minutes and am jumping right in. Frankly, lot of tracks were opened up about his past and her past. Looks like they may be planning to end by dec or so

ASR's character was tampered with during kidnap drama, but now he seems more a man in love and love is supposed to change a person; i think they've tried to maintain his character. However, frnds of mine feel that he should have known how dangerous shyam is and why has he left him alone instead of investigating further? They feel ASR is no longer ASR.
