Before starting on my post I have to say that I never thought I will write a post on a Sunday afternoon instead of enjoying some quality time with my husband and son. Well I blame the Daiyya Ho Lunatics for making me write this as it was during one of our crazy conversations that I thought about this subject.
Ever since we found out that Dadi, Shyam and Anjali (will henceforth be referred as Dyamli) have joined forces to make sure Shyam can re-enter the Raizada Mansion - most of us have been cursing the Iss Pyaar team. We are pretty upset with the fact why Arnav and Khushi for once cannot have their dream wedding without the constant interruption from the rest of the family members. From one side they have given us Garima and Dadi issue that can come between the lovely couple, another side is the fact that Shyam has installed the cameras and planning to sabotage the wedding and now we are shown that Dyamli are focused on bringing Shyam back into everyone's lives. All of these negative influences are making us fans tear our hairs out in frustration as to why there has to be that much tension during a wedding preparation. Why wont the Iss Pyaar team allow our lovely couple - who has finally come together - have some peace and happiness by getting married surrounded by all of the family members.
I am actually now glad that we are seeing scenes with Dyamli as these three have seriously underestimated the love between Arnav and Khushi. First we have Shyam who thinks that he will be able to separate Arnav and Khushi by using Anjali and now Dadi. He has made this great plan to use Dadi to make sure Khushi is not allowed nor welcomed into the Raizada family. Then we have Dadi who despite being the oldest doesnt have the faintest idea who is bad and who isnt. This Dadi blindly believed a man she has never meet before and took the decision that he is a good man and a good husband and all of this is just a misunderstanding. Dadi without asking her own grandson or even the elder of the family Nani about what truly has happened is playing the deadly game of trusting Shyam but distrusting Arnav. However Shyam has gravely underestimated Dadi - she will help him as we have seen but only until the time she finds out herself how much damage Shyam has done to both of her grandchildren. Dadi has been influenced by Shyam and dislikes Khushi for that reason, but Dadi will slowly see for her own eyes who Khushi really is. I have no doubt that Dadi despite Shyam's story telling will start to see the innocence in Khushi and will doubt Shyam's intention. Dadi will slowly but surely love Khushi as much as we all do and that day Shyam will rue he ever brought Dadi back into their lives as she can be a formidable enemy as Arnav. When Dadi and Arnav join forced to take Shyam out than that's checkmate in my eyes.
Last but not least we have Anjali who is so blinded by her love for Shyam that she cannot even believe nor trust her own brother. She wants everything to be the same but she just doesn't get the fact that her husband tried to kill her brother for money and that he wants her sister-in-law. Anjali is so depended on Arnav and Shyam that she wants both of them in her live no matter the consequences. Of the three of them Anjali is the one we should all feel sorry for as she made the biggest mistake of lying to her family and she choose to believe Shyam. I understand why she trusts him as she has never seen a single proof nor did Arnav say that Shyam confirmed himself that he is in love with Khushi. Anjali is so in love with her husband that she needs to see with her own eyes as to how corrupt and evil Shyam is - otherwise she will keep giving him chances after chances. But as Anjali choose Shyam she will definitely end up losing everything she holds dear - her husband who doesn't love her, her Nani who will be disappointed and her brother who will feel betrayed and most likely will leave the house with Khushi.
I have realised that the only reason this wedding is happening with all of this drama is to make sure that we doubt if the wedding will happen. We are now questioning if Shyam will come before the wedding and problems with erupt between Arnav and Anjali, or will he come after the wedding and still manage to create more havoc, or if Garima and Dadi will finally have their face-off before the wedding or right after it. I have also noticed that people complain that other television serials have wedding tracks without the constant drama but I have to disagree on that - I have seen other shows on Star Plus where there are too much crying and tension up until the actual wedding ceremony. As I love this current track I would like to thank the Iss Pyaar team for yet again giving us some interesting and dramatic track which can go either way and which has us all biting our fingernails. Thank you for not giving us the usual cheesy wedding preparations and everyone is happy etc. I am happy with this track as long as our dearly beloved couple gets married and stays married throughout Anjali's betrayal and Shyam's re-entry.
PS: To fellow Daiyya Ho Lunatics - I wont be able to comment as usual since I am going away for this bank holiday weekend and will only be able to check IF on my mobile once in a while. But as you all know I am so addicted to this show and forum that I most likely will check regularly and my poor husband will have no choice but to throw my mobile in the sea
