I totally agree with you. I just love your post. I wanted to write a similar post. Yes we are responsible for the current state of our show and the low trps. Sometimes feels like forum members are not mature. People react too early on any topic. Feel bad for our show. Its going down day by day. Even there are posts saying to tell star plus to change the story. When i see this type post really get angry. We have to change ourselves and should support the show because we don't want to end it soon.

Thank you very much...

I disagree. However I would modify your statement to say '' Negativity in the show affects viewership'

I totally agree with you.Its just not about Arnav and Khushi-story has to revolve around other characters as well and its a daily soap. There is no point in finding faults in each and every episodes. Not everybody is perfect.Enjoy the show as a whole and reduce the negativity and improve the viewership.

Could I please request you to size your fonts better and tone the colour down...cos even without that your message will get thru...only now you antogonise the reader and not to metion hurt thier eyes...
I do agree the sexual advances that the charactor makes in both the hut and so far since they have agreed to the remarriage have not quite sat well and have been written very badly hastily thrown in to pull the aucience in...
not only was the scene badly written , the screen play was badly done...and the female protagonist did not seem to enjoy it...all clearly pointing to the fact that the Male was forcing himself on her...
Yes the audience wants romance...and that was not romance shown...more importantly the audience wants a story they can enjoy...not ...the whole of reality but somethingnthat reflects reality in a nice seemless way...
Art that is sold...as entertainment comes under much scrutiny and badly done hosh posh even more so...the writers and the actors and the industry as a whole are making money...the ones that critisice stand nothing to gain.. (cept o course professional critiques and they dont frequent this forum)...some want a better viewing...some vent frustration and its mostly at themselves because they bought into this in the first place...
A persons right to their view and to air them...is what makes up a forum and that can be a view that enjoyed the episode immensely...did not enjoy was upset or find it innadequate...
you are open to debate it ...
even take offence if it does ...but then do you need to offend to show you are offended...
but to say that everyone has to react in a uniform way to save a show is rather ...shortsighted...
Re celebs leaving twitter...not quite aware of that niether do i want to be...
fans quitting the show is soley due to what the show is ...or has become or a lack of a show...not what other fans think it is ...if they are so reliant on someone elses opiniion they why watch something...just wait for the others review...
that does not make them a fan does it

I concur.
Each person has a right to get whatever enjoyment they want out of the show.
One is not bound to enjoy a show based on someone else's guidelines.

Its not really the negativity that is affecting viewership, from my POV... it is the lack of a proper story-line, dragged tracks (5 months of a silly MU?!!), inane character tracks (Muhsaala Mama, Bubbly?), and hurried 'band-aids' (Hut, re-marriage) to fix something other than what needs to be fixed.

It beggars belief that no one in the entire family of RM has asked for proof regarding Shyaam's duplicity - especially Anjuli - that no one questions Dadi coming into a home that is not her's (it's the Raizada household, not Mallik) and making unreasonable demands, and the ultimate jewel in the crown, that no one questions a married woman still living off her brother and in his house and a Dadi conspiring to bring it all about once again.

When bigger and more substantial story parts are neglected, the viewer loses interest.
No amount of Rubba Veys will then save this show.
Most of the forum is not the TRP audience.
The TRPs reflect this.
