A bit confused...

Today's episode (August 22, 2012), we see that she obviously believes everything Shyam says... and she wants things to go back how they used to be before (her, her hubby, and upcoming baby happy forever and ever)... the person who she has been meeting with all this time is Shyam. So if she believes Shyam... then why is she happy Arnav is with Khushi?

Shyam and Anjali started meeting each other before Arnav and Khushi re-marriage agreement took place. If she believed Shyam, then why would she be all happy when Arnav said he was ready to marry Khushi and go through all the rituals? When Shyam got kicked out the house, he blamed everything on Khushi saying it was her who was throwing herself onto him... why would Anjali be happy for Arnav's and Khushi's marriage if she believed her dear and beloved brother was marrying someone dishonest? Does anyone understand where I'm coming from? Or did I miss an important piece of information is the past episodes (after all, I don't speak Hindi and rely on English translated episodes).

Thank you!!! Finally somebody else that feels the same way as me! That is exactly what has been on my mind since last week - so anjali really isn't all pure and innocent and good. I mean, yes, she has been a nice person, but this is just wrong. I don't think you've missed anything - and if you did, then I've missed it too. So, basically, my thought process is only one of the following two scenarios can exist:

1) Anjali truly believes that Shyam is right. Which means she believes that Khushi did actually try to seduce him and snatch him from her. There really is no room for a galatfehmi there, from where I'm looking at it. And if that's the case, she has to believe that Khushi is not a good person and has been putting up a facade for the past year or so. And if is so convinced, she cannot let her Chhote (whom she supposedly loves more than herself) get married to such a gold-digger and two-faced cheat. She cannot let that happen, how much ever he claims to love the girl.

2) She is really happy for her brother because he's marrying a girl he loves and she is still warm to Khushi, so she think Khushi's not all that bad. And if that is the case, then she cannot possibly believe that all the allegations against her husband are untrue. So she's doing all this meeting-Shyam-behind-everybody's-back just for some thrill? Really? I guess loves make people blind - that's the only explanation I can come up with.

Whatever be the situation, it's quite obvious to me that anjali's faking it. She's not what she seems to be at face value - and that's totally contrary to what she has been projected as since the beginning.

Phew! Now that I've got that off my chest, my heart really bleeds for Arnav. What will happen to him when he finally finds out what his Di has been upto? He is going to be heart-broken and shattered. But of course, Anjali knows what to do - she will again start crying and he will have to forgive n forget. I am sorry for saying this but I, for one, want to see a showdown. If anjali can tell arnav that he has changed after his married and grudge him his happiness, complain that all she wants is to spend some time with her brother and if that's asking for too much, I wish Arnav will also do the same, and ask her why she thinks she can trust her husband's version of the story without proof but he's held at fault for supporting his wife (who is actually the truthful one!). But I know that's wishful thinking - I don't think I'll be given that!
