Being in Love I understand... blindly in love also I understand but there is a height of being blind!!!
Even if one is illiterate, there is no excuse for common sense to go on a vacation. Anjali behaved crazy after the initial shock of her supposedly pious husband being thrown out and I am ready to overlook that, although her weird jealously over her brother's affection for his wife is something I am not willing to overlook and am glad its over (hopefully).
Usually when the brain is numb with shock, reasoning goes on a vacation and so she was all broken and upset and at that time her request to her brother to bring her husband back and makes everything ok was a genuine one. But once the brain is back and I suppose reasoning returns to normalcy putting logic to use, then associating happenings from the past shouldn't be tough.
And that is what I would have expected Anjali to do..
yes she is weak..
yes she is vulnerable & gullible..
yes she is beyond blindly in love with her looser husband...
But is she this dumb!! I understand her not believing the truth exposed had it been just Khushi or Payal revealing it... but Mami exposed partial factors, NK was witness to a lot more and her own brother whom she loves after her husband has been the greatest witness to almost the whole truth.. And all these people have revealed if not full but partial truth about that sorry excuse of a man Shyam is, yet she refuses to pay heed!!
She still thinks her Chotey has misunderstood her husband and hopes she could wear back her blinds and go back to the old days. No matter how much Shyam has brain washed her with his lies... there are too many cards on the table to ignore.
And what is annoying is that the world is full of women like this... who worship the men in their life... who blindly believe them and overlook all the mental and emotional abuse they get subjected to.
And for woman like Anjali, they really deserve what comes their way.. cause you can have a support system but if you choose to be a victim then victim you shall be. No one can help you unless you help urself!!! I just hope they don't glorify and justify her stupidity; cause then you would be justifying the stupidity of many women who are happy victims.
Use this as a lesson for women to learn!!
